• Class A CDL truck drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run dedicated cryogenic accounts that pay a daily salary, offer great home time, and provide fantastic benefits. Training is provided for those who do not have cryogenic experience.
• First‑year pay ranges from $85–$106K, starting at $300.30/day with a $3/day increase every six months up to $324/day. Trainers who train new hires in cryogenics earn an additional $100/day.
• Shadow training: you run your truck while the trainer runs theirs. You are paid $125/day and receive a $1,000 bonus upon completion. You are assigned a 579 Petes truck (automatic) with no slip seating.
• Full benefits begin after 60 days, including one week vacation in the first 52 weeks, medical coverage, and a 401(k) with matching.
• You will run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to operate in all 48 states; opt‑outs of any region are not allowed.
• During your 7‑day home break, the company will cover flights home and back. If you are within 200 miles of home, you will drive back. Drivers are out 21 days and home up to a maximum of 7 days per stay, unless you use allotted vacation time.
• If you are not willing to fly, the position will not proceed.

• At least one year of OTR or regional driving in the last three years.
• Must have X endorsement; tanker or cryogenic experience not required.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
• Ineligible if you have any felonies.
• Ineligible if you have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test, regardless of SAP completion.
