Class A CDL Driver​/Equip. Operator TWIC, Traveling Req

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in the Youngstown, Warren, OH area is looking for a Class A CDL Driver / Operator with Tanker & Hazmat endorsements to join their safety-conscious team!

• Class A CDL, no restrictions, licensed to drive manual transmission trucks
• TWIC card (required or able to obtain)
• Tanker & Hazmat endorsements
• Travel within region (75‑100% travel)
• Variable shifts including days, nights, weekends

• Act as safety representative responsible for safety policies and procedures of both the company and the customer
• Operate vacuum equipment and hydroblasting equipment, including special equipment such as Ultra High‑Pressure pumps, chemical cleaning systems, vacuum trucks and jet rodders
• Perform routine maintenance on company equipment
• Inspect vehicles and perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, maintain driver’s logs, and comply with vehicle policy and DOT requirements
• Load and unload hoses, unload vacuum truck at dump site, and provide general maintenance in the field
• May direct a crew of vacuum technicians and transport equipment and personnel to and from customer locations
• Ensure compliance with company and customer specifications by examining surfaces cleaned to conformance standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license with CDL Class A; no restrictions
• Experience operating a vacuum truck and wet/dry vacuums
• Knowledge of operating emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, etc.)
• Experience with hydroblasting equipment and vacuum trucks
• Language proficiency: understands English to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations
• Ability to obtain or possession of a TWIC card
• Availability to work variable shifts, nights, weekends; 75‑100% travel
