10-4 Logistics USA is actively hiring full-time W-2 company drivers to transport dry van freight across its over-the-road (OTR) network. Dispatching from the Youngstown, Ohio, terminal hub, this position is designed for solo drivers seeking premium equipment, reliable miles, and consistent weekend home time. Required Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).At least one year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience within the last two years.

Professional conduct and a strong commitment to highway safety standards.

Fleet Responsibilities Safely transport dry van freight across national 48-state shipping lanes.

Efficiently manage preloaded and drop-and-hook customer freight with no-touch loading and unloading.

Perform routine daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety inspections.

Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records in accordance with applicable safety regulations.

Structured Compensation and Benefits Experienced Driver Pay:
Top-tier earning potential averaging $1,750 to $2,000 per week, with a highly competitive rate of $0.71 per mile.

Refresher Pay Phase: A guaranteed weekly flat training rate of $1,200 for qualified drivers returning to active OTR operations.
