Brightway Insurance is hiring a Full-Time Property & Casualty Agent (Bilingual – Mandarin Required)

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships in the community and delivering customized personal insurance solutions. Our model is built to let you focus on production and client acquisition, while centralized teams support service, carrier access, and operational functions behind the scenes.

• Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities
• Provide consultative guidance on Personal Lines coverage options
• Develop tailored insurance programs that align with client needs
• Maintain strong follow‑up practices to drive retention and cross‑selling
• Consistently meet or exceed performance goals

• Fluency in Mandarin, required
• Active Louisiana Property & Casualty Producer License
• At least 2 years of insurance sales experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse clients
• Self‑motivated professional with a results‑driven mindset
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
