major

responsibilities/activities
  • maintain mistras ultra high-pressure units both on land and offshore to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • keeping up maintenance records on mistras equipment.
  • maintaining an inventory of needed parts to ensure equipment continues to run smoothly.
  • order or request parts as needed.
  • operate and monitor ultra‑high pressure (uhp) pumping systems safely and efficiently.
  • perform routine maintenance and preventative care on pumps, hoses, and valves.
  • troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical pump issues.
  • conduct pre‑operation safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety industry standards.
  • maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
  • assist with installation, relocation, and commissioning of uhp equipment.
  • support and mentor technicians on safe operation and maintenance procedures.
  • perform other duties and assistance as required.
  • stay current with manufacturer updates, new technologies, and industry best practices.
minimum requirements
  • high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 plus years of hands‑on experience with uhps, high pressure pumps, hydraulic systems and equipment.
  • advanced mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • basic computer skills for scheduling, communication, and reporting.
  • knowledge of and adherence to safety procedures, operation manuals, guidelines, and ppe requirements.
  • strong attention to details and reliability.
  • must possess a valid driver’s license; twic card preferred
  • offshore certifications preferred
essential physical functions
  • frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.
