Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing transactions accurately and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns

- Promote store promotions and loyalty programs

- Upsell products and services when appropriate

- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions

- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in basic math

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required

- Knowledge of wireless technology or jewelry sales is a plus

- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is an asset

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capability to lift, carry, or move items up to 25-50 lbs
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks (cleaning, standing, etc..)

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Willingness to follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Cell phones are not allowed, must be kept in back office, purse, or vehicle.
