Automotive Technician​/Mechanic

Quality Auto is a busy, established auto repair shop seeking a skilled and dependable full-time Automotive Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and wants long-term, stable employment in a growing shop.

This position offers competitive pay based on experience and skill level, with opportunities for performance bonuses and commission for productive technicians. We provide steady work year-round and a supportive shop environment focused on quality repairs and good customer service.

The ideal candidate can diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles and systems, work independently, and communicate clearly with management about vehicle conditions and recommended repairs.

Full-time hourly position. Pay ranges from $22–$45/hour based on experience, skill level, and productivity. Rate is determined after a paid working interview.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles (brakes, suspension, engines, cooling systems, etc.)
• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tune-ups, inspections)
• Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate repair needs clearly with service management

• 2+ years experience as an automotive technician (preferred)
• Must have own tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• ASE certification is a plus (not required)
