Job Description
Master Maintenance National, a Servis Group Company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to become part of our team! These responsibilities include managing a high call volume, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support to vendors, responding to customer inquiries, escalating customer issues, and following up with customers to ensure resolutions.
Customer Service RepresentativeEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to utilize Service Channel to schedule appointments
- Follow up on past due invoices/accounts receivable
- Monitor email and respond in a time efficient manager
- Data entry
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Follow up to ensure any concerns are resolved
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills (Outlook, excel, work)
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check
