Customer Service Representative

A company in Ypsilanti is seeking a customer service rep. You’ll be responsible for updating customer records and tracking unresolved customer orders.

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally via verbal and written communication, addressing warranties, returns, replacements, and refunds.
• Maintain accurate customer records and process data entry for shipping and tracking (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex).
• Generate and update reports while supporting receiving and marketing departments as needed.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns, aligning with company policies and standards.

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or clerk roles
• Basic Quick Books experience required
• HS diploma

• $18.00 hourly
• Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Ypsilanti, 48197
