Derby College Group (DCG) is recruiting an Employer Engagement Advisor (Youth Guarantee) on a fixed-term basis until March 2027, based at The Roundhouse Campus. You will lead employer engagement to create pathways to employment for young people aged 17–21, including those at risk of NEET or with SEND.
You will build strategic relationships with local employers, advise on inclusive practices, and support placements reflecting workforce needs and young people’s aspirations.
