Derby College Group (DCG) is inviting applications for a Student Experience & Pastoral Coach focused on SEND students. You will build trusted relationships, deliver targeted 1:1 and group coaching, and help remove barriers to learning, attendance and progression across campuses.
You’ll work closely with families and external professionals to create inclusive support plans and run wellbeing activities that boost community, confidence and positive student experiences for our most vulnerable
