• Active Michigan education certificate with School Counselor Endorsement (please ensure your current credentials are included with your application)
• Prior experience supporting high school students in an academic counseling capacity preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Provide individualized academic counseling for high school students
• Develop and implement support plans addressing students educational pathways
• Empower students with resources, goal-setting strategies, and decision-making guidance
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student achievement
• Maintain confidential records and document student progress in accordance with school policies
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school counseling initiatives
