Key

Qualifications:

• Current Michigan (MI) Educator Certification required
• Experience with middle school resource or special education preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom community
• Excellent communication skills for working with students, families, and colleagues

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small group instruction tailored to student needs
• Develop and maintain effective IEPs, manage documentation, and participate in meetings
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to drive student progress
• Monitor student growth, adjust strategies as needed, and provide feedback
• Create a nurturing, structured learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement
