Quality Engineering, Process Engineer
Description
Client is seeking a Lab Technician with a strong interest in process improvement and willingness to work in an industrial/plating environment.
This person will support lab waste treatment, perform basic wet chemistry/titration work, and spend time on the production floor analyzing how chemistry changes impact product quality and process performance.
This is not a traditional “white lab coat” role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable both in the lab and on the floor, helping optimize plating/finishing processes and communicating findings internally and with outside chemical reps.

- Partner with internal teams and chemical supplier reps on analysis and optimization
- Support quality and continuous improvement efforts
- Wants to grow long term within the business

- Exposure to atomic absorption, x‑ray measurement, or related analytical tools
- Experience in metal finishing, plating, or chemical process operations
