Network Administrator - Hybrid

Job Description

TEKsystems client is looking to add a Jack of All Trades Network / Systems Administrator to their team in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The group currently has about 7 people in Ypsilanti and a couple others on site in Oscoda, MI. The candidate will be responsible for working with a small, growing team that includes several network generalists, contributing from day one and eventually specializing in areas such as storage, backups, and other skillsets as the team expands.

• 3500 users & about 300 servers (Windows Server 2008‑2022)
• Cisco routers and switches (5200, 5400)
• SD‑WAN implemented for core locations, using Fortinet hardware
• Dell Power Max & Dell Data for camera system backups
• Network Attached Storage and 3 VMware ESXi servers
• Hybrid environment with cloud applications in Azure
• Additional components:
  Windows Server, Azure Active Directory, firewall, etc.
