  • The Lab Manager will assign duties and projects within the Product Group to be accomplished.
  • Acts as a liaison and make recommendations on any changes, which should be made.
  • Responsibilities include preparing equipment for testing, monitor test conditions, document and reporting the results.
  • Is required to maintain a file of data received from any special testing or from other Technicians.
  • Follow established Company procedures and industry standards in all testing.
  • Report to Supervisor any deficiencies in the testing equipment.
    • Qualifications
    • Two (2) year Associate degree in Electrical or Electronic Technology
    • One to three (1-3) years in the field of HVAC or refrigeration technology
    • Strong mechanical skills
    • Proven oral and written communication abilities
    • Ability to work independently
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
