The Project Manager, Utilities, is responsible for leading utility infrastructure and capital improvement projects from planning through completion. This role oversees project scope, budget, schedule, procurement, design, construction, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

This role oversees project scope, budget, schedule, procurement, design, construction, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage utility and infrastructure projects from concept through construction and commissioning.
- Drive capital projects to meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, contractors, and client stakeholders.
- Oversee design reviews, bid processes, contracts, and project documentation.
- Manage annual sustaining capital and maintenance projects.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in project management or leadership roles.
- Experience managing utility, energy, infrastructure, industrial, or facility-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, contract administration, and construction management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Project.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and as-built documents.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Micro Station, or similar design software is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative.
- Collaborative and relationship-focused.
- Capable of adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
