Therapy Management, Inc. is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at Vibrant Life Superior
, a beautiful Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This is a great opportunity for a COTA who enjoys relationship-focused care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
PRN schedule – pick up shifts that work for you
Provide treatment to residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Collaborate with a close-knit therapy and care team
Work in a welcoming, well-equipped therapy space designed to support functional independence and quality of life
Active Michigan COTA license
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Prior experience in senior care or assisted living preferred (new grads welcome!)
