, Vibrant Life Superior
, and Gilbert Residence in the Ypsilanti area. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact across multiple settings—skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living—while joining a friendly, collaborative therapy family.

What You’ll Do- Evaluate and treat residents to promote mobility, safety, and independence
- Develop individualized care plans to meet functional goals
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
- Educate and support residents and families on progress and care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- ✔ Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Michigan (or eligible)
- ✔ Experienced in or open to skilled nursing and senior living settings
- ✔ Positive, adaptable, and collaborative
- ✔ Passionate about helping others thrive physically and emotionally
