Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) in the Ypsilanti, MI area. Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) is a therapist-owned company focused on providing clinicians with freedom and support. We serve Evangelical Home, Vibrant Life Superior, and Gilbert Residence across multiple settings—including skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living.

We’re seeking a Part-Time PT to serve residents across Evangelical Home, Vibrant Life Superior, and Gilbert Residence in the Ypsilanti area. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact across settings while joining a friendly, collaborative therapy family.

• Evaluate and treat residents to promote mobility, safety, and independence
• Develop individualized care plans to meet functional goals
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
• Educate and support residents and families on progress and care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Michigan (or eligible)
• Experienced in or open to skilled nursing and senior living settings
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative
