Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Service Desk Technician, based in Ypsilanti, MI or the surrounding area. The Service Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with computer setups, and performing computer repairs. Additional responsibilities include responding to help desk inquiries, identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently, and maintaining thorough documentation of all support activities.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Technical Support, including Help Desk Support and end-user assistance
  • Proven expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Proficiency in working with Computers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
  • Familiarity with network protocols, security practices, and IT best practices is a plus
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications are preferred
