Quoter​/Buyer

We are in need of a Quoter/Buyer. We are looking to start them as a temp but will be converting them after the requirements are met. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm salaried role, $50,000-$62,000, nights and weekends are not expected.

We will be holding interviews with all candidates.

This role works closely with Sales, Program Management, Engineering, and Operations to develop competitive quotes and support production requirements while maintaining cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

• Prepare and manage customer quotes, including material pricing and cost analysis
• Source materials, components, and services from approved suppliers
• Request and evaluate supplier quotations, lead times, and pricing
• Issue purchase orders and manage supplier communications
• Support cost reduction and supplier negotiation initiatives
• Maintain accurate purchasing and quoting data within ERP systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support customer and production needs
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and material availability
• Assist with inventory, forecasting, and supply chain planning activities as needed

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in purchasing, quoting, procurement, or supply chain environments preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in manufacturing or electronics environments is a plus
