ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 7 years aircraft maintenance experience on Kalitta Air fleet types.
- FAA Airframe & Power Plant Certificate.
- Organized individual able to work with computers and programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Must have US Passport.
- Must be a US Citizen.
EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma; some college and/or technical school desirable.
LANGUAGE
SKILLS:
Ability to read, write, and understand spoken and written English. Capable of writing routine reports and giving verbal and written directions to staff.

While performing duties, employee must frequently reach with hands and arms, stand, walk, talk, hear, and operate objects or tools. Occasionally, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling is required.
Employees must occasionally lift/move over 50 pounds to eye level, lift 10 pounds overhead, twist, climb stairs, work on ladders or in high elevations, work in squatted positions, and in all weather conditions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is primarily in a construction and maintenance setting with a loud noise level. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for disabilities.
