Real Estate & Facilities Technician I/II
Hyundai America Technical Center Inc (HATCI) is Growing! The Facility Technician supports daily facility operations by investigating, identifying, and resolving building and campus-related issues. This role partners closely with facility management teams, vendors, and employees to maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment.
What You Will Do:
- Investigate and resolve facility-related issues
- Support day-to-day facility operations
- Execute projects and assist with budget tracking
- Coordinate vendors and internal teams
- Assist with event setup/tear-down and furniture relocation
- Support safety and security activities
- Manage landscaping, snow removal, janitorial and recycling services
- Monitor EV charging stations
- Maintain parking signage and traffic coordination
- Support fitness equipment maintenance
- Manage document destruction processes
- Support uniform program
- Process invoices and administrative tasks
- Perform additional tasks assigned
Valid driver's license; ability to lift 60 lbs.; forklift training provided Up to 10 % travel (domestic and international)
What You Will Bring To
The Role:
- High School Diploma (GED)
- Minimum 1 year related experience required
- Basic Facility Maintenance knowledge
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proficient time management skills
