The Senior Building Manager manages and coordinates property management activities, including operations and maintenance, administrative functions and other services for a multi-tenant commercial office building.
Responsibilities- Service coordination, budgeting, financial reporting, contracting, and developing, directing and managing on site personnel
- Acts as liaison between owner and owner's user community
- Ensures consistent communication and compliance with owner's objectives, company policies and procedures and industry best practices
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years' facilities management and maintenance experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Good working knowledge of computerized maintenance and building management systems
- Must be an excellent communicator and possess progressive technical and supervisory experienc
- Great Leadership skills
- Excellent Facilities Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent Team builder
Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
