We serve both B2C and B2B customers such as non‑profits, retailers, and universities through 22 store and office locations across the United States. We also help brands and licensors sell online through company‑branded and marketplace websites.

We are looking for a highly motivated, self‑driven individual to train as a press operator at our Ypsilanti production facility and warehouse. The role requires attention to detail and quick thinking in a fast‑paced environment. This full‑time position starts at up to $16 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for advancement every six months. On‑the‑job, paid training is provided.

• Preparing each job in accordance with a job order or verbal or written instructions for screen printing production.
• Maintaining and ensuring press equipment is clean and in proper operating condition daily.
• Working with the production manager to ensure all orders are completed as scheduled and meet production standards.
• Second shift runs 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Monday–Friday. Optional overtime opportunities are also available.

The position requires standing all day, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and the ability to keep up with a busy production schedule.

Ten days of paid time off and 7 paid holidays are provided to all full‑time team members, with opportunities to earn raises, promotions, and additional PTO.
