• Must hold a current LPN license in Michigan
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly valued
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to respond swiftly and effectively in emergencies
• Compassionate approach to student health, wellness, and confidentiality
• CPR/BLS certification required

• Provide routine and emergency nursing care to students and staff
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with attention to detail
• Support students with chronic health conditions and develop care plans
• Maintain accurate health records and communicate with parents/guardians as necessary
• Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and other professionals to foster a healthy, inclusive environment
• Educate students and staff on prevention and health topics as needed
• Promote a safe environment and comply with current public health guidelines
