Long-Term Care Nurse

Provides continuous care to patients with disabilities or illnesses requiring extended care in long‑term facilities, rehabilitation centers, or nursing homes. Assists patients with daily activities such as dressing and bathing, while primarily focusing on patient healthcare.

Weekly amount is scaled based on hourly wages and potential stipends available for the location of the assignment. Hourly wages are based on factors including experience, demand, availability, and location.

• Minimum of 1 year of current work experience providing LTAC care.
• Valid Michigan State Healthcare Provider license or willingness to obtain one.

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
