Description:

Part-Time LPN Supervisor Afternoons St. Joseph Village – Ypsilanti, MI

Part-time: 16 hours every other weekend (afternoons/evenings) with on-call rotations

Initial onboarding: 3 days per week for 3 weeks

Lead and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care. Monitor resident conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with the care team. Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow professionally. Oversee daily operations, including staffing coordination and regulatory compliance.

• Current Michigan LPN license
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
