American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) night shift position requiring active MI RN license and prior oncology experience preferred.

• Work on the 11 East Progressive Care Unit within a hospital setting
• 13-week assignment with night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Unit cares for oncology patients including administration of chemotherapy

• Active MI RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Oncology experience preferred
• Completion of unit-based oncology course or OCN certification required prior to administering chemotherapy to patients actively receiving infusions
• ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy course completion required for administering vesicant chemotherapy

• Staff administer non-vesicant chemotherapy following completion of unit-based oncology course and unit orientation
• Candidates without ONS course completion or OCN certification will not be assigned patients actively receiving chemotherapy infusions
• Local candidate rates available for RNs residing in MI
