Registered Nurse

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care in an IMC, PCU, or Stepdown unit. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing services to patients with complex needs to promote recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care and monitor patient status in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Assess patient conditions, document findings, and update care plans regularly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Educate patients and families on health management, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, infection control, and healthcare regulations.
• Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure with active state registration.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Demonstrate strong assessment, clinical, and patient communication skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
