• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when the Store Ops Manager (GM) is not present
• Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members engaged in cookie sales and customer deliveries
• Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff
• Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires (Cookie Crew, Shift Leaders, Delivery Drivers) in the manager's absence
• Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control, and scheduling
• Hold staff accountable to Insomnia Cookies' standards (baking, uniform, company policies, etc.)
• Ensure all team members provide excellent customer service and upselling

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within a restaurant or retail store
• Experience conducting in-person interviews for hourly staff
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Proficiency with MS Office, Word, and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Ability to work a 4-5 day work week, including 1-2 mid-to-late shifts (Thurs-Sun)
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
