A Style Consultant is passionate about strong operations and providing an incredible guest experience. They help guests discover products quickly and easily, maintain a well‑organized sales floor, and support visual merchandising to create an inspiring shopping experience.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest‑ready floorpad by executing visual standards, inspirational & promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment & brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership & use to solve & support guest needs.
• Sort and push truck freight to the sales floor, locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations & visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floorpad by executing priority fills, manual fills & merchandising to capacity.
• Execute & maintain backroom organization, locating merchandise to support replenishment & guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices inclusive of signing execution.
• Use fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room & guest service are worked back out to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work in a safe manner at all times.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier order pick up (OPU) and Drive‑up (DU) while maintaining a compliance culture.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks; engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Open to working a flexible schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).
• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Can work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Accurately handle cash register operations when needed.
• Climb up and down ladders; handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely (lifting up to 15 lbs and occasionally up to 44 lbs).
• Reliable and prompt attendance; flexible work schedule.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing duties (e.g., Drive‑Up).
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
