Position Summary
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
What You’ll Do- Operate forklift following company standards, picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks, communicate progress, and determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities.
- Receive stocks and organize merchandise and supplies, managing inventory flow and following company policy and procedures for equipment utilization and documentation.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, offering guidance and support for self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving concerns, and promoting company products.
- Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials properly, correcting unsafe situations, and reporting to management.
- Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation: zone area, stock and rotate merchandise, remove damaged goods, set up displays, and monitor shrink and security risks.
- Ensure club pick‑up orders are fulfilled by assisting with picking orders, staging products, and performing audits for accuracy.
- Handle inventory moves and displays, track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, and report poor inventory practices.
- Operate and maintain forklifts safely, report unsafe conditions, and communicate equipment issues to management.
- Proactively assist customers with technology services, model technology usage, identify shrink opportunities, and maintain equipment and product organization.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
Minimum Qualifications- 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Customer service experience.
- Retail experience.
- Experience supervising a team.
