  Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross‑functional teams and helps educate associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and is flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.

  Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution.

  :
  Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilizes handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.

  :
  Drives performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date‑control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying member needs; assists members with purchasing decisions; guides payment types; locates merchandise; resolves member issues and concerns.

  Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences, and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style; understands roadblocks and assists in training them.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required training and assessments within prescribed time periods.
