Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Sam's Club products and services;
Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts and participate in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals;
Maintain facility safety by following safety standards and procedures, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe conditions;
Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing, and securing items for member pickup;
Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to address priorities and opportunities, adapt to change, and communicate progress.
