Job TitleFull Time Service Worker – Ypsilanti, MI, US
SummaryResponsible for carpet technician cleaning carpet for residential and commercial locations.
Shift ScheduleMonday - Friday, 8:00 AM until completion of jobs (hours vary based on workload). On‑call 2 weeks per month for emergency calls.
Pay$16.00 per hour
Essential Job Functions- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Driving company van
- Clean and disinfect equipment
- Use truck‑mounted and portable carpet extraction equipment
- Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
- Collect payment from residents
- Identify and report possible repairs
- Adhere to on‑call policy
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, paying special attention to health and safety procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Ability to take direction
- Strong attention to detail
- Professionalism
- Knowledgeable about carpet cleaning procedures
Custodial experience: 1 year (Preferred)
