Sycamore Meadows Apartments is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to maintain the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders, and to transport residents on scheduled trips and events.
The role requires 2-3 years of property maintenance experience, ability to install appliances, minor electrical and HVAC work, and a valid EPA/HVAC certification is preferred. Overtime/on‑call may be required.
