Member Services Representative

Crunch Ann Arbor & Ypsilanti are looking for Membership Service Representatives to join our growing team!

Make reaching fitness goals achievable (and fun!) by assisting members with selecting the right membership for their specific fitness goals, and then supporting those members the best way we can through exceptional customer service & account management.

• Advising potential members on the right membership type for them & helping them get started at Crunch.
• Ensuring that all members have access to a highly trained and professional fitness staff through the Crunch One Kick Off.
• Being a subject matter expert on all things Crunch for proper policy advisement.
• Helping members navigate baseline billing/membership questions & keeping all member information up to date/current.
• Strategizing ways to engage & serve the member base by driving awareness around the different services that we offer.
• Maintaining club cleanliness through consistent efforts directed at general tidiness, maintenance & upkeep.

• Prior experience working at a franchised gymis preferred but not required.

Regularly required to demonstrate or explain proper physical fitness activities, techniques, and procedures. Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
