SUMMARY:
The Airport Compliance Supervisor supports international flight operations by ensuring the airline’s compliance with airport‑specific operating restrictions, including slot coordination and noise quota limitations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Monitor and ensure compliance with airport slot allocations at coordinated and slot‑controlled airports.
- Coordinate with Network Planning and Sales to track slot availability and implementation rates.
- Track and manage noise quota usage, curfews, and night operating restrictions at international airports.
- Communicate with airport authorities, slot coordinators, and noise offices regarding compliance matters, clarifications, and operational exceptions.
- Maintain accurate records of slot usage, waivers, historical performance, and noise quota consumption.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience in airline operations, international flight clearance, scheduling, or regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with slot coordinators and airport authorities.
- Familiarity with noise quota systems, curfews, and airport operating restrictions.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple airports, time zones, and operational priorities simultaneously.
EXPERIENCE:
High school graduate; some college and/or technical school desirable. Must have good working knowledge of world geography, air cargo, and aircraft ground operations. Must possess exceptional attention to detail and abstract problem solving capabilities. Experience in a flight dispatch center helpful. FAA Dispatcher’s license desirable, but not required.
LANGUAGESKILLS:
Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to give verbal and written direction to assigned staff.
