DesiredQualifications and Experience
- Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist in California.
- Demonstrated experience working with K-12 student populations.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including educators, parents, and support staff.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for referred students across grade levels.
- Develop and implement individualized education and intervention plans.
- Provide counseling and consultative services to students, families, and school staff.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to support positive outcomes and ensure compliance with all educational guidelines and mandates.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute insights to multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain thorough documentation and case records in accordance with district and state policies.
