• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration or related field
• At least eight years of progressive leadership experience in multi‑site healthcare finance operations
• At least three years of experience in healthcare finance
• High integrity, emotionally competent, strategic mindset, results‑oriented, and able to work effectively in a diverse environment
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement structures

• Reports to and acts as a trusted advisor to the CEO with key insights on organizational strategy and long‑term financial sustainability
• Oversees compliance, annual budget process, financial forecasting and revenue cycle reporting
• Delivers data‑driven, transparent, strategic insights to ensure informed decision‑making
• Mentors and develops a high‑performance finance team and leads audit processes, cost reporting, HRSA/BPHC, and other compliance reporting
• Maintains and updates all procurement policies, ensuring alignment with federal requirements

• Salary: $140,000 – $190,000
