Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and managing lobby flow using a tablet;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and assist with opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options via Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build trusted relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge;
Perform branch operations such as cash handling and operating cash devices while adhering to bank policies
