DIRECTOR OF ELEMENTARY EDUCATION
Salary Range: $139,240-$184,636 (8 Steps)
Work Year: 224 days
DEFINITIONUnder direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, the Director of Elementary Education provides strategic leadership, oversight, and support for elementary TK-8 instructional programs to ensure high-quality teaching and learning across all elementary schools. This role focuses on curriculum implementation, instructional excellence, professional learning, compliance, and student achievement, while partnering closely with principals, district leaders, and community partners to advance district goals.
