Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I)
Bank of America is looking for a dedicated professional to begin their career as a Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) Stage I. The role focuses on client relationship development, financial advisory, and compliance with banking regulations.
Responsibilities- Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses (or 63 & 65 as substitute) within the required time frames (SIE within 30 days, Series 7 & 66 (or substitutes) within 120 days of hire).
- Complete structured training and one–on–one coaching to acquire the foundational skills needed to advise clients.
- Build, nurture, and manage a portfolio of client relationships, delivering comprehensive financial advice and solutions.
- Apply a consultative approach to systematically identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial products.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
- Meet and maintain SAFE Act registration requirements and complete required background checks; understand and comply with FDIC, Safe Act/Loan Originators, and FINRA regulations.
- Demonstrate a results‑driven mindset, effectively manage time and capacity, and prioritize client interests in a fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑disciplined time and capacity management.
- Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a results‑driven focus.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology or applications.
- Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services or sales experience.
- Skills in client experience, branding, client solutions advisory, investment management, pipeline management, referral management, portfolio management, prospecting, referral identification, business acumen, executive presence, oral communication, risk management, and trading.
Schedule: Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
Hours per Week: 40
Location: Yuba City, CA (Butte House Rd)
Pay: $28.85 – $33.65 hourly (based on experience, education, and skill set)
