Provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services according to the resident’s assessment and care plan;
Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner;
Identify residents before administering treatments using wristbands or photo cards;
Report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly;
Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and calm within the unit and shift
