Fire Response Sales Representative (Fire Chaser

We are looking for an exceptional Fire Response/Sales Representative to join our fire restoration team. In this role, you will be the first point of human connection for families and businesses who have experienced devastating fire damage — and your work will directly help them rebuild.

This is a 100% commission-based position designed for high performers who want to control their own income. All business expenses are covered by the company, so you can focus entirely on what you do best: building relationships and closing deals.

We are looking to fill two roles within the Los Angeles region, two roles within the Orange County region, and one role within the Inland Empire region.

• Respond with urgency and empathy to clients experiencing fire damage emergencies
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters
• Guide clients through the restoration process and insurance claims journey
• Conduct on-site assessments and deliver accurate estimates
• Maintain a strong lead pipeline and follow up consistently
• Build referral networks with insurance agents, realtors, and contractors

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred (insurance or restoration experience a plus)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including frequent evenings and weekends as needed
