About the Facility
Joshua Tree Post Acute (JT) is a 58-bed skilled nursing facility located in Yucca Valley.
Position OverviewRegistered Nurse (RN) – full-time, 12-hour shifts.
Competitive pay, sign‑on bonus available
.
- AM shift: 7:00AM – 7:30PM
- PM shift: 7:00PM – 7:30AM
- Perform medication passes.
- Observe patients for changes in condition and notify MD as needed.
- Document daily patient information.
- Collaborate with clinical and rehabilitation teams to provide proper care and treatment.
- BLS certification.
- New graduates and experienced RNs welcome.
- Valid RN license.
