The Consumer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information about products and services, resolving issues, processing orders, and maintaining customer satisfaction through professional and efficient communication.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Maintain accurate customer records and update account information.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
