The Registered Dental Hygienist at HIRE INTRODUCTION LLC, a temporary staffing solutions agency, provides high-quality oral hygiene services and patient care on for this part-time position. The role involves working collaboratively with dentists to deliver comprehensive preventive care, educating patients on proper oral hygiene, and promoting long-term dental health. Candidates must hold an active license and demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a strong commitment to patient satisfaction across a variety of clinical settings.

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance procedures for patients.
• Conduct oral health assessments and screenings, identifying potential oral health issues.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide guidance on maintaining optimal oral health.
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest dental hygiene practices and technologies by attending continuing education courses and maintaining required certifications and licenses.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to infection control protocols and sterilization procedures.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide a seamless and positive patient experience.
• Participate in community outreach and education programs to promote oral health awareness.

• Active license for Dental Hygienist
• Maintain required certifications and renewals
• Maintain required annual continuing education (CE) hours

• Demonstrated ability to perform dental hygiene procedures effectively and efficiently
• Experience in patient education and oral health promotion
• Proficiency in using dental software and technology
• 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice setting preferred
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with the latest dental hygiene techniques and practices

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in clinical procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dental team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
